Drawbridge | Nancy Ridge
Prevost Construction was retained by DGA on this re-imaging project which consisted of the interior demolition of a large first-floor lab and partial demolition of another first-floor lab area. A new lab was created in the NW corner of the 1st floor. The demolished lab was turned into an open office space, revealing a new break room and adjacent exterior patio that was added on the first floor. The renovation of these areas created a more balanced office to lab ratio. The main entry on the first floor was moved and a conference room was created, adjacent to the new entryway. The offices on the second floor were renovated and a new all-glass conference room was added. The exterior of the building was painted, and the site paving and landscaping was renovated. The main front entry was remodelled and brought up to current A.D.A. standards. The exterior of the building boasts a pre-finished sheet metal entry canopy with a multi-colored mosaic pattern and outdoor patio off the breakroom.
